Settled & taking it all in.

Since arriving here, friendly people sharing greetings are all I've met.  The majority of the residents are from out of the area.  The many different backgrounds are not the focus, but the single desire to live here and enjoy all that is offered lies at the heart of connections in this town.

You can guarantee that the section of sidewalk in front of my house

 will not be an icy hip-shattering experience.
